Live ear surgery since this year consists of 2 long days full of otological surgeries. 23 centers from different continents participated in them, showing their surgical skills and experience. The transmissions were moderated in a studio at the University of Utrecht.
The Poznań Clinic has been invited to active participation by the organizers already for several years. We showed the operation of Nucleus cochlear implantation with a 532 electrode and a stapedotomy using a CO2 laser.
In the transmission of image and sound, as always, we were perfectly supported by the Poznań Computer and Network Center. It can be emphasized that the quality of the message from Poznań was very good.
