Zespół zajmuje się diagnostyką następujących dolegliwości:

stanów zapalnych uszu
wycieków z uszu
bólu uszu
niedosłuchu
głuchoty

Zespół zajmuje się leczeniem wszelkich chorób uszu, oferując szeroki zakres zabiegów na najwyższym światowym poziomie.
Przede wszystkim są to:

operacje perlaka - z użyciem nowoczesnych technik chirurgicznych
operacje rekonstrukcyjne ucha środkowego - rekonstrukcje błony bębenkowej (myringoplastyka) i kosteczek słuchowych (ossikuloplastyka)
operacje otosklerozy (stapedotomie, również z użyciem lasera)
implanty słuchowe na przewodnictwo kostne - zaczepowe, magnetyczne i aktywne
implanty ślimakowe - u chorych głębokim niedosłuchem lub głuchotą
operacje nowotworów uszu i kości skroniowej
drenaże wentylacyjne ucha środkowego (tzw. szpulki)
leczenie choroby Meniere'a za pomocą wstrzyknięć leków (sterydów, gentamycyny) do jamy bębenkowej

Zespół prowadzi szereg badań naukowych w powyższym zakresie, których wyniki prezentowane są na konferencjach naukowych, a także publikowane w literaturze światowej i krajowej.
