7 May 2015 - 1st Session of LIVE SURGERY for students
At 7th May 2015 there was the first session of LIVE SURGERY for medical students. The aim of this sesssion was to present anatomy of head and neck based on selected ENT surgeries. Anatomy of the midde ear was presented during stapedotomy. Before the next surgery there was a lecture about diagnostics and treatment of Meniere´s disease. During the next surgery - tracheotomy - the anatomy of the neck was presented. All stages of the procedure was preceded by anatomical demonstrations.
Students from 7 medical universities were observed our session, which was already 17th LIVE SURGERY session organized by our department.
